Job Functions
Support new and existing clients usage of NetAspects Real Estate products and services
Description
The Account Executive role will work with the Sales and Operations teams to establish and setup new accounts and maintain existing customer accounts. Establishing new accounts will include conducting meetings and presentations with prospective client principals and negotiating sales terms. Setup of new accounts will include setting and establishing meetings with client principals and NetAspects representatives and ensuring a smooth flow of communication. Maintaining existing accounts will include answering questions regarding product functionality, presentations to existing clients as a refresher of NetAspects products and services, training at client sites on products, and order taking and setup when additional products and services are required.
Two territories are currently available.
This position has a territory of the Central Valley, from the Sacramento metropolitan area south to Fresno along the 5/99 corridors.
A second territory including the metropolitan Bay Area, from Monterey to Santa Rosa and east to Livermore is also available.
The position is supported by the Sales and Operations teams.
The hours are flexible, as required by client commitments. You’ll be expected to be available to your clients Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p.

Requirements
Strong Computer skills. You must know how to use common office applications as well as the internet to effectively execute the job duties.
Strong interpersonal skills. You must be able to work with people, customers, suppliers, 3rd parties, co-workers, etc.
Multi-Tasking. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once as you return and wait for return calls, deal with incoming calls, and work through assigned tasks.
Willingness to learn. We don't expect you to know our software or our work processes, but we do expect you to learn our software and processes and apply them to the job at hand in a relatively short timeframe.
Experience with Real Estate Brokerage/Agent. Knowing how Brokerages are organized and run, and about the Agent experience is crucial to effectively executing duties as an account executive.
Strong understanding of the Internet. Our products are Internet Based. Many of the facets of the customer experience are impacted by the structure of the Internet and clients’/customers’ interaction with it.
