A lead is generated by your website.

Step 2: Notification
If the user chooses an agent fromt eh agent drop-down menu, the the agent receives immediate email notification of that lead.
If the user does not choose an agent, then the lead coordinator receives immediate email notification.

Step 3: Unique Contact Record Created
A unique contact record is created and is recorded in the leads management database. Access all contacts directly from an
easy-to-read user control panel.

Step 4: Automatic Client Follow-Up
If the user elects to receive the monthly newsletter, then they are automatically entered into your unique,
monthly newsletter program.

Step 5: Lead Assignment
If a lead is not associated with an agent, then the lead coordinator will asign that lead to an agent. The
assignee receives immediate notification that they have been assigned a lead.

Step 6: Tracking
Broker administration users or lead coordinators may track the status of any contact record in the system.
All the activitiy of a unique contact, and all agent follow-up, is tracked throughout the sales process.
Individual agents may track the status of their personal lead or assigned leads but do not have access to
the global tracking area.

Step 7: Reporting
SalesAspects.com can provide custom detailed reports on things such as the average sale price of a seller
lead or the conversion ratio of particular agents. This real-time access to important data drives and
improves your profitablility.
